Partnering with Coach Burt to infuse and infect people with his High Value Activity System (HVAS) in a role of Chief Leadership Officer or Chief Culture Coach which includes up to 30 hours per week of time to direct and build a culture that produces specific outcomes and incorporates Key Performance Indicators (KPI) as measuring tools. The goal is for Coach Burt to lead and then for the organization to lead.
